We are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager who shares our passion for precision and can anchor the financial backbone of our fast-growing company. Position Summary: The Senior Accounts Manager will lead the accounting function at Hamporio, ensuring robust financial operations, accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and efficient cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have experience in product-based businesses and be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with seasonal sales spikes. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Leadership: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting team, including billing, collections, payables, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Statutory Compliance: Oversee GST filings, TDS payments, and coordinate with auditors to ensure full regulatory compliance. Inventory & Costing: Monitor inventory movements, costing of hampers, and integration with accounting for accurate financial reporting. Receivables & Payables: Track B2B client payments, follow up on receivables, and manage vendor payments within agreed terms. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal review. Process Optimization: Identify areas for automation, implement best practices in accounting, and support ERP/finance software adoption. Team Coordination: Guide junior accountants, coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales teams for accurate financial data. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support management in preparing annual budgets, tracking actuals vs forecasts, and providing insights for business decisions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred). Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead role. Experience in inventory-linked, product-based, or gifting/FMCG/trading companies. Proficient in Tally Prime, Busy Software, Advance Excel Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS), financial compliance, and audit procedures. Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large data sets and generate insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
