What you’ll do

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations to secure contracts that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and through warm calling potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of market trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on technical products or services.
