Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager at Flychem Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing the company's complete financial operations and accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, overseeing audits, managing budgeting and forecasting, and leading a team of accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax. - Conduct periodic financial audits, review processes, and ensure timely reporting. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. - Handle coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies. - Lead a team of accountants and finance associates, providing mentorship and training. - Optimize the usage of Tally ERP and integrate other financial management tools effectively. - Analyze financial data to provide insights that support strategic business decisions. Qualifications & Skills Required: - MBA in Finance preferred; Bachelors in Commerce mandatory. - Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience. - Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with additional accounting software/tools. - Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS). - Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proven managerial experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. - Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
