Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Client Strategy & Servicing to lead marquee client mandates at Webenza. The role requires a strategic leader with strong client relationship skills, proven experience in managing large-scale digital campaigns, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful, data-driven digital strategies. You will oversee integrated campaign delivery, guide cross-functional teams, drive business growth, and inspire high performance, all while shaping innovative digital solutions for leading brands.


Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory

  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building strong, consultative relationships and driving strategic conversations.
  • Translate client business goals into comprehensive digital strategies across social, content, paid media, influencer, and performance channels.
  • Provide foresight on market trends, consumer insights, and emerging digital opportunities to position clients ahead of the curve.


Campaign Ownership & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns meet defined objectives (awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention) while balancing creative innovation with ROI.
  • Mentor and guide managers/executives to ensure flawless execution, timely delivery, and measurable success.


Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Creative, Content, SEO, Media, Video, Influencer, Tech) to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (partners, publishers, influencers, vendors) to maximize campaign impact.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.


Performance Analysis & Business Growth

  • Drive campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting – extracting actionable insights and presenting them to clients with strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand revenue potential.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to pitches, proposals, and thought-leadership presentations.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire account managers and executives, ensuring career growth and high performance within the team.
  • Establish best practices, processes, and quality benchmarks across client servicing.
  • Promote innovation by encouraging adoption of AI tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 6–7 years of experience

    in digital marketing/advertising, with at least

    2–3 years in a client leadership role

    within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and high-value client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing (social, SEO, paid media, influencer, content, analytics).
  • Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize under pressure, and deliver results on tight deadlines.
  • Candidates with strong, hands on B2B marketing experience are preferred. Exposure to B2C campaigns will be an added advantage.
