Senior Account Manager

The Senior Accounts Manager oversees the end-to-end financial accounting operations, ensures compliance with accounting standards, manages financial reporting, and leads the accounts team in delivering timely and accurate financial information. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial entries, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Oversee tax compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accountants and finance staff.
• Drive efficiency through process improvements and automation.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking activities.
• Manage vendor payments, receivable collections, and credit control.
• Optimize cash management and banking relationships.
• Implement best practices to streamline accounting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
