If you are looking to shape a new category, work on challenging problems, and grow with a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and expand customer relationships post-sale for mid-market and enterprise accounts - Lead account planning and growth strategies to maximize customer value and revenue - Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with executive stakeholders to align on goals and identify new opportunities - Drive renewals, expansions, and upsells with a focus on long-term impact and account health - Understand engineering workflows (SDLC, agile, dev tools) to position Hivel's insights effectively - Support US-based customers as needed, with flexibility for occasional evening calls - Track account health metrics and take proactive steps to improve retention and growth - Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent the customer voice and influence the roadmap **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or another client-facing SaaS role - Hands-on experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts with measurable growth impact - Strong communication and executive presence, with confidence in leading QBRs/MBRs and renewal negotiations - Familiarity with engineering workflows, SDLC, and tools like Jira, GitHub, or CI/CD platforms - Proven ability to manage complex accounts, structure problems, and deliver outcomes end-to-end **Additional Details:** - The company is headquartered in Hyderabad and offers a full-time in-office position. - Brownie points if you have worked in AM/CS roles at developer tools or engineering-focused startups, have experience working directly with US-based clients or global accounts, have a track record of delivering revenue expansion in SaaS, or possess a technical education background (CS, IT, BCA, Engineering) that helps you speak the language of users.
