Role Overview: You have an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe's exceptional marketing team as a Campaign Coordinator/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing extensive marketing strategies in line with Adobe's strategic goals. Your contribution will be pivotal in crafting Adobe's market presence and driving ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute extensive marketing strategies aligned with Adobe's strategic goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution. - Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. - Apply data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and meet important metrics. - Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials. - Monitor and report on campaign efficiency, making necessary adjustments. - Cultivate positive relationships with internal collaborators for smooth campaign delivery. - Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. - Strictly adhere to project timelines and budgets to ensure flawless execution. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Account management in the Programmatic domain. - Deep understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem. Search & social experience will be a plus. - Proven track record with 7+ years in marketing campaign planning and execution. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and communication abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for innovation, client success, and continuous improvement. - Prior involvement in digital marketing and knowledge of Adobe's suite of products is advantageous.,
