We are looking for an Assistant Manager - SEO who is passionate about search engine optimization, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. If you have a strong technical SEO foundation, strategic thinking, and leadership potential, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility. Conduct in-depth keyword research , competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities. Perform technical SEO audits , analyze site health, and recommend optimizations. Manage and optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and content structures. Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets. Work closely with developers to resolve Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile usability , and other technical SEO challenges. Oversee and improve off-page SEO strategies , including backlink acquisition, outreach, and digital PR efforts. Monitor, analyze, and report key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, and other SEO tools . Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and continuously optimize strategies to maintain rankings. Assist in managing SEO campaigns and team operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects. Key Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush , and other SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies. Experience in working with developers on technical SEO improvements. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and address SEO-related code issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and lead SEO initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
