Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at our forthcoming global D2C brand in beauty and personal care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating compelling graphics, engaging video content, animations, and reels optimized specifically for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual storytelling and driving social engagement through innovative, AI-driven, and trend-aware content.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and execute visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos tailored for social media channels.
• Lead the visual content strategy, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
• Develop compelling short-form video content, including reels and animated posts, to boost audience interaction and drive brand awareness.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms, proactively adapting content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing leads to align visual content with broader marketing campaigns.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Leverage AI-driven creative tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, and other cutting-edge platforms to enhance content creation efficiency and innovation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production specifically for social media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, video editing, short-form video creation (Reels, Shorts), and animation.
• Proven track record in developing highly engaging and viral social media content.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and creative direction.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, demonstrating innovation, creativity, and successful social media campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative tools.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Photography or basic videography experience.
• Understanding of basic social media analytics and SEO optimization techniques.

AI-Related Requirements:

• Must possess hands-on experience with the latest AI-driven creative tools and generative AI platforms, such as Midjourney, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, and similar.
• Proven ability to incorporate AI-generated imagery and video content into compelling, brand-consistent visuals.
