We specialize in online/offline advertising, brand identity development, social media creatives, print design, and storytelling-driven campaigns. We work with a wide range of brands across digital and traditional media, delivering strong and effective visual communication.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer – Brand & Advertising for our new Kochi office. The ideal candidate will develop strong brand visuals, advertising creatives, and handle both digital and print requirements. This role requires creativity, branding expertise, and the ability to lead visual direction for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand identities: logos, brand guidelines, visual systems
• Design digital advertising creatives: social media ads, banners, thumbnails, display ads
• Create offline advertising materials: brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, billboards
• Ensure all designs align with brand tone, storytelling, and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with the content, ads, and marketing teams to brainstorm concepts
• Review and deliver high-quality designs
• Guide and mentor junior designers when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts
• 4–7+ years of experience in an agency or creative environment
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong expertise in brand identity design
• Experience designing for both digital & print formats
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout & visual storytelling
• Portfolio showing logos, branding systems & ad creatives

Preferred Skills

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects)
• Figma / basic UI skills
• Knowledge of print production processes
• Ability to support creative campaign ideation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
