Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Lead and guide junior designers, providing feedback and mentoring.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Ensure design consistency across all projects while pushing creative boundaries.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality output.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
