HOW TO APPLY:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that deliver measurable organic traffic growth and improved search rankings
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities others miss
• Implement

  Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

  and

  Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  strategies to dominate AI-driven search platforms
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• Build and execute high-quality backlink strategies for global clients that improve domain authority
• Optimize on-page elements including schema markup, meta tags, content structure, and internal linking
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other premium tools
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate seamlessly with content, development, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging search techniques

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist

• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies
• Proven experience building high-quality backlinks for global clients
• Mastery of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
• Experience with website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how website code impacts SEO performance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and results to stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crush deadlines in fast-paced environments

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with international/global websites and multilingual SEO

• Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  for AI-driven platforms
• Experience optimizing for AI citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews
• Understanding of content structure and schema markup for enhanced AI discoverability
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and tracking brand mentions across AI platforms
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on SEO
