Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 35 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends. Experience in ORM, local SEO (GEO targeting), and an understanding of how generative AI is shaping search will be considered strong advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, content structure, and internal linking.
• Manage off-page SEO, link-building initiatives, and digital PR outreach.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Support ORM efforts, including reputation monitoring, review management, and brand sentiment analysis.
• Apply knowledge of local SEO and GEO-targeting to campaigns.
• Explore opportunities to integrate generative AI tools into keyword, content, and SEO workflows.

Qualifications

• 35 years of professional SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with ORM strategies and tools
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Understanding of local SEO, structured data, and schema markup.
• Awareness of generative AI tools and their application to SEO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
