HOW TO APPLY:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- High-Volume Data Entry: Process 500+ entries daily across Google Sheets, CRM systems, and fulfillment platforms with 99%+ accuracy.
- Review & Content Fulfillment: Input customer reviews, testimonials, and content data following precise formatting guidelines and templates.
- Quality Control: Self-audit your work before submission. Catch errors others miss. We expect near-perfect accuracy on first submission.
- Contextual Editing: Use your brain—if something looks wrong in the source data, flag it or fix it intelligently. We don't want robots, we want operators who think.
- Google Workspace Mastery: Organize, clean, and manage large datasets in Google Sheets. Use formulas, filters, and data validation to maintain data integrity.
- Social Media & Internet Research: Verify profiles, extract information quickly, and navigate platforms efficiently to support fulfillment tasks.
- Same-Day Turnarounds: Respond to urgent requests and prioritize based on business impact. Speed matters, but never at the expense of accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Track your own error rates. Learn from mistakes immediately. Suggest process improvements to increase team efficiency.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be fluent in English (C1/C2 level preferred)
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand context, catch grammatical errors, and make intelligent edits without supervision
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Non-Negotiables:
- Very Good Typing Speed: 50+ WPM minimum
- Minimum 1-2 years of data entry, fulfillment coordination, or operations support experience
- Google Sheets & Google Docs expertise: Advanced formulas, data validation, filtering, pivot tables, and collaborative editing
- Reliable 10+ Mbps internet connection (this is mandatory—we can't work with unstable connections)
- Proven track record of high-volume, repetitive tasks with minimal error rates
Preferred Background:
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, BPO/KPO operations, digital marketing agencies, or SaaS operations.
- Previous work in reputation management, review platforms, or customer data coordination
- Remote work experience in high-accountability, fast-paced environments

- Comfortable with Repetition: You find flow state in high-volume tasks. Repetition doesn't bore you—it energizes you.
