Job Title: Sales Operations Leader

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Sales Operations

Reports to: Head of Sales / Business Director

About the Role

Sales Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning
Partner with leadership to design and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and annual plans.
Monitor pipeline health, sales productivity, and quota attainment.
Process Optimization
Standardize sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the sales team.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Enablement
Equip sales teams with tools, resources, and training to increase productivity.
Support onboarding and continuous development of sales staff.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track KPIs, revenue trends, and conversion rates.
Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
Technology & Tools Management
Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure data accuracy.
Evaluate and implement sales technologies to enhance team performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies.
Ensure smooth handoffs between lead generation, sales, and account management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Leadership roles.
Proven experience in scaling and optimizing sales operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and data visualization platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
