Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Excellence & Revenue Operations Associate at EMotorad and Formula Fun, you will play a key role in building and scaling the operational backbone across offline dealer networks and ecommerce channels. Your focus will be on enhancing dealer experience, driving process excellence, sales forecasting, OTIF delivery, and commercial governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Finance, Product, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth operations and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Responsibilities:** - Own and enhance the Dealer App, prioritize features, and drive adoption through training. - Conduct dealer satisfaction surveys, identify pain points, and implement improvement plans. - Consolidate demand and run monthly planning cycles to improve forecast accuracy. - Define and standardize sales processes, approval flows, and pricing governance. - **Core Operational Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end SO approvals and ensure system accuracy. - Track OTIF delivery, coordinate dispatch, and maintain SLAs. - Anchor the CN process and maintain transparency with regional teams. - Track FOC units and maintain a central register with approval flow. - Serve as the operational point of contact for RM escalations. - **Analytics & Reporting:** - Build and maintain dashboards for sales performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory aging. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Share consolidated demand plans with Manufacturing & SCM for production alignment. - Coordinate with Finance on dealer credit limits, CN approvals, and month-end closures. - Represent sales operations in product discussions and improve digital workflows. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and forecasting. - Experience in automotive, D2C, or consumer electronics industries preferred. - Process-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
