Tech & Product Collaboration Collaborate with web developers and tech vendors to enhance platform capabilities including SEO, speed, CRM integrations, and mobile responsiveness. Team Leadership Build and manage a high-performing ecommerce team from content to digital merchandising and customer support. Analytics & Insights Drive data-backed decision-making through strong command over ecommerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify/Unicommerce dashboards, etc.) and customer data insights. Key Qualifications 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle D2C brands. Proven success in managing both D2C and marketplace ecommerce with a deep understanding of platform dynamics. Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Strong knowledge of growth metrics, digital marketing, funnel optimization, and consumer behavior. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
