Job Title: Sales Operations Executive

Location: Lucknow – On-site
Department: Sales / International Talent Mobility
Reports To: Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our International Talent Mobility vertical. This role will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, managing partner and client data, supporting business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in operational support, and a keen understanding of international staffing or talent mobility processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing and tracking international client and partner interactions.
  • Assist with lead management, data analysis, and sales reporting using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (recruitment, training, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of international talent deployments.
  • Handle documentation and compliance checks required for overseas placements (contracts, MoUs, visa documents, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.
  • Monitor and update records related to sales pipelines, client onboarding, and partner relationships.
  • Coordinate schedules and calls with overseas stakeholders and support in proposal submissions.
  • Assist with on boarding and engagement of channel/agency partners in international markets.
  • Provide administrative support for pricing, invoicing, and agreement management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in international recruitment or mobility.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), and business communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to international recruitment, overseas education, or talent mobility sector.
  • Experience working with cross-border teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of global documentation and compliance processes.

Work Environment:

  • May require flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client or partner meetings.
