Sales Operations Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Executive at our rapidly growing Ed-Tech organization, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless post-sales operations. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, addressing grievances, maintaining accurate data, coordinating offer letter releases, handling invoicing, and collaborating with various internal teams for operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a point of contact for clients post-enrollment, providing prompt support and resolution of queries - Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention - Maintain and update accurate records of client information, offers, and transactions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely generation and dispatch of offer letters - Manage and process invoices accurately, in collaboration with the finance team - Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 0.6 - 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or related roles - Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Joining our team as a Sales Operations Executive offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment that values creativity, ownership, and innovation.
