About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT/Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions across various domains. You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

· Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

· Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from job posting to onboarding.

· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

· Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure high levels of engagement.

· Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

· Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–6 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT roles.

· Proven track record of hiring for roles such as software developers, network engineers, sales executives, customer service representatives, etc.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment portals, and professional networking platforms.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

· Experience working with ATS or HRMS tools.

· Familiarity with employer branding strategies.

· Understanding of recruitment analytics and reporting.
