HR Recruiter

As an HR professional, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. Qualifications & Skills: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-4 years of experience in the field of HR. - Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
