HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter in the Plastics & Heavy Engineering Manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles. This includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates from various platforms. You will also be responsible for coordinating interviews and maintaining regular communication with candidates. Additionally, preparing and maintaining recruitment reports to ensure timely closure of positions will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the manufacturing industry. - Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various platforms. - Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates. - Prepare and maintain recruitment reports to ensure timely closure of positions. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. - Any Full-Time Graduate. - Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Proficient in using job portals and MS Office tools. As an HR Recruiter, candidates with relevant manufacturing recruitment experience and availability for immediate joining will be preferred. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person at Ambernath, Thane.
