We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telecaller Intern. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about communication, client engagement, and data handling.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and explain our products/services.
• Clean, update, and segment candidate databases using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Use CRM tools to track, manage, and update lead interactions.
• Follow up with warm leads via phone or email.
• Maintain detailed records of lead status and call performance.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on calling activity and lead outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Female candidates preferred
• Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
• Basic understanding or prior exposure to CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Team player with strong follow-up habits.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be available for a full-time in-office internship.
• Must be based in Lucknow.
• Available to start 19th July.
• Able to commit for the full 2-3-month duration.
