Sales & Marketing Executive



Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive both

    inbound and outbound sales initiatives

    to identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into paying B2B clients, aligning with FINB Tech’s growth targets.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales funnel

    , from lead generation and engagement to deal closure, using CRM tools to ensure structured tracking and follow-ups.
  • Actively

    reach out to prospective clients

    through various channels, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals within the industry network.
  • Present and pitch FINB Tech’s API-led fintech solutions

    to senior stakeholders such as CXOs, Product Heads, and key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams

    , including

    Marketing

    , to refine messaging, develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and align sales efforts with product offerings.
  • Monitor and track pipeline activity

    , ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and generate regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.


Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of experience in

    sales, business development, or client acquisition

    , preferably within fintech, SaaS, or API-driven B2B platforms.
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B or institutional sales cycles

    and the ability to manage tech-enabled sales funnels effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently

    manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools

    for lead management, performance tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
