Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts by developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Key duties include creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing sales teams, and overseeing client acquisition and retention efforts. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams to align sales objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation
  • Expertise in Market Analysis, Sales Strategy Development, and competitive research
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing and tracking sales performance
  • Experience in safety solutions, personal protective equipment, or related industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and flexibility to travel as required
