  1. Develop and execute sales strategies targeting OEM and Tier 2 clients to achieve revenue and market share goals.

  4. Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
  5. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to customize fastener solutions for specific client requirements.
  6. Coordinate internally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to product standards.
  7. Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast demand, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends and technological advancements.
  9. Resolve client issues promptly by liaising between customers and internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  10. Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations, quality certifications, and company policies throughout the sales process.,
