Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across all Hop Up centres.
  • Generate leads and close bookings for schools, corporates, groups, and birthday parties.
  • Build partnerships with corporates, schools, event companies, and agencies.
  • Create and execute sales strategies for multi-location centres.
  • Coordinate with Centre Managers to support on-ground sales efforts.
  • Track daily/weekly sales performance and maintain reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 - 7 years of sales/business development experience
  • Experience handling multi-location or centralised sales roles
  • Strong network with corporates, schools, and agencies
  • Go-getter with excellent follow-up discipline and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
