As a Lead Account Manager, you ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with
Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.

- Experience that counts: 7+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account
management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory.
- Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you re open to learning and comfortable
navigating change.
- Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders,
exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Strong communicator: you are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen
deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs.
- Domain knowledge: Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
