Support the Director during meetings, centre visits, and business activities. Manage personal tasks as assigned (if required). Ensure HR compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, licenses). Address employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives. Coordinate with Centre Managers for HR operations. Implement HR policies, SOPs & training processes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field. 25 years of HR experience (retail/hospitality/amusement/F&B industry preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMIS tools. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple locations. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
