Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Develop and manage the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including content, visuals, and multimedia materials.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are on-brand and effectively convey key messages.
• Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitor and optimize the company's online presence, including the website and social media profiles.
• Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to senior leadership.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Lead initiatives to build brand equity and visibility through well-crafted communication plans, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Ideate and lead the creation of impactful brand assets including videos, graphics, and written content.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and social media by tracking trends across relevant industries.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling and content creation abilities.

Qualifications

• MBA (Full-time program) is mandatory.

• 8-9 years of relevant brand management experience

  in a B2B or industrial environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content creation capabilities.
