As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales and marketing strategy, forecasting reports, and sales pipeline to drive the growth of our company's market share. Responsibilities - Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities. - Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and maximize their performance. - Contribute to the development of annual marketing and sales plans to meet business objectives. - Generate and manage the sales pipeline to explore and secure new business opportunities. Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the PPE/Safety market is preferred. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. - Proven track record in technical sales with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements. - Previous industry experience that demonstrates your knowledge and expertise in the sales and marketing domain.
