Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Managers and Sales Executives to support our real estate residential projects in Kochi. Both positions are individual contributor roles responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting site visits, engaging with prospective customers, and closing sales. The roles require close collaboration with other executives, managers, and the broader sales & marketing team to achieve project-specific sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet project-specific targets.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

* Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed.

* Collaboration with Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities.

* Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies.

* Achieving Sales Targets:Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

* Lead Generation : Generate new leads through networking and channel partners.

* Documentation & Coordination : Coordinate with the CRM team for agreement preparation, payment follow-ups, and registration formalities.

Skills & Competencies

* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly.

* CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales software.

* Client-Centric Approach: Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building

Qualifications

* 1 - 3 years of real estate sales experience for Sales Executives

* 4 - 6 years of real estate sales experience for Sales Managers

* Knowledge of the Kochi real estate market preferred

* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
