Role Overview:

Sales Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for 

    FinSurge products

     (FinDrone, Trade Surveillance, Treasury SaaS, etc.) and 

    Murex Services

     (Implementation, Support, Upgrades).
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients across 

    banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

     in target regions (India, SEA, Middle East, and Europe).
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — CXOs, Treasury Heads, and IT leaders.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, conferences, and digital outreach.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback for product enhancement and strategic planning.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

    Finance, Business, or Technology

     (MBA preferred).
  • 5–12 years of experience

     in fintech, banking technology, or capital markets sales.
  • Proven experience in 

    selling treasury or trading systems

    Murex services

    , or 

    financial software solutions

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    Murex modules

    treasury workflows

    , and 

    front-to-back operations

    .
  • Experience in SaaS or managed services sales models is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build client trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
