Sales Manager / Sales Executive

As an experienced professional with 6 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identifying new sales leads by researching organizations and individuals online, especially on social media platforms. - Pitching IT Training service offerings to potential clients. - Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers. - Researching the needs of other companies and understanding market trends. - Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings. - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to promote the services. - Representing the company by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and showcase offerings. In addition to the job responsibilities, the desired candidate profile includes the following qualifications: - Socially adept and able to communicate effectively. - Proficient with numbers and data analysis. - Relevant experience in dealing with corporate clients and selling IT Training services. - Good understanding of technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition. - Proven ability to identify new potential clients and generate leads. - Experience in total account management for a few key companies.
