The candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining project details, and closing property sales. The Sales Manager will additionally lead a team, drive targets, and oversee performance. Key Responsibilities: For Sales Executive: Generate leads through various marketing channels (offline). Attend client inquiries, arrange site visits, and explain project features. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain follow-up with potential customers until deal closure. Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management team. For Sales Manager: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets. Plan and execute sales strategies for multiple projects. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Manage end-to-end client handling from lead generation to sales closure. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities. Prepare regular sales reports and projections for management. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals effectively. Knowledge of DTCP / HMDA / RERA projects preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp, and MS Office. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
