Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in Government, PSU, and Corporate sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end IT sales cycles including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, proposal development, and deal closure.
  • Build revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, and manage P&L for the sales vertical.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities in e-Governance, IT services, Cybersecurity, VAPT, ERP/Portal development, mobile applications, cloud services, and AMC/Support services.
  • Track and manage opportunities on GeM, CPPP, State e-procurement portals, UPLC, UPDESCO, SIDCs, and other tendering platforms.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ/EOI responses with cross-functional coordination for technical and financial proposals.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior government officials, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct strategic client meetings, presentations, product demos, and knowledge sessions at CXO and department head level.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, timely delivery of commitments, and issue resolution.

  • Build, mentor, and manage a regional sales team for North India, beginning with Lucknow and Noida.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, drive productivity, and ensure target achievements.
  • Conduct regular sales training, competitor analysis, and performance evaluations.

  • Work closely with Delivery, Technical, Finance & Legal teams for seamless execution and compliance.
  • Drive new partnerships, channel associations, system integrator alliances, and OEM collaborations.
  • Identify new service lines and revenue streams aligned to Innovadors IT roadmap.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record in

    IT Sales

    , Government Business, or Enterprise Tech Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of

    e-Governance, IT services, SAAS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software Development

    industry.
  • Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and contract closure skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of GeM processes, government procurement and documentation.
  • Experience in managing large-value IT projects (> 1 Cr).
  • Ability to lead teams & deliver under deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business, Engineering, IT, or related field

    ;

    MBA preferred

  • Minimum 814 years of experience

    in IT Sales, Government/PSU Sales, or Enterprise Solutions.
  • Minimum

    35 years in a Sales Leadership or Sales Manager role

    with proven targets achieved
