Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 2- 4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design sense, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic video editing skills will be a strong advantage. Key responsibilities: Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and website assets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective visual content. Maintain consistency in design elements and brand identity across all platforms. Edit and produce short promotional videos or animated content (if video editing skills are applicable). Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of proven experience in graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory. Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred (not mandatory): Experience or knowledge in UI/UX design and/or video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
