Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales and business development for existing and new products across existing and new customers in trade and distribution.
  2. Generate, track, and follow up on leads; coordinate with end users and purchase departments; prepare offers, negotiate terms, and secure incremental business.
  3. Conduct aggressive and regular customer visits to build and strengthen relationships.
  4. Manage post-sales coordination, including order execution and payment follow-ups/collections.
  5. Handle all sales and sales-support activities collaboratively, ensuring effective teamwork.
  6. Build and maintain strong PR and networking with customers and industry stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Experience

    :

    2–5 years in any one of the following industries is a must: Fine & Specialty Chemicals / Pharmaceuticals / Agrochemicals.
  2. Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits within the assigned territory/region.
  3. A go-getter and result-oriented professional with strong communication skills, particularly in spoken and written English.
