Job Description

Job summary :

Signature Dwellings

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
Drive sales through channel partner networks to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to increase channel partner engagement.
Conduct regular training sessions and presentations to keep partners informed about projects, pricing, and offers.
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients sourced through channel partners.
Ensure timely reporting, tracking, and performance analysis of channel sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support channel partners with marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3 - 7 years of experience in real estate channel sales, preferably in residential projects.
Strong network of brokers and channel partners in the Bangalore real estate market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
