Channel Sales Manager

📍 Locations: Pune

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Manager to expand our business presence and strengthen long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, strategic professional with a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while working closely with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and negotiations to close deals.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with
4–8 years of experience in Channel Sales / Corporate / Institutional / Enterprise Sales.
Prior experience in
Telecom, IT, or Office Automation – Product / Solution Sales is essentia
l.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.

Note: This is an on-field role requiring regular client and partner engagement.
