Job Description

  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and affiliates.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans through channel partners to meet revenue targets.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner sales performance, set KPIs, and ensure targets are met.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage channel conflicts (e.g., overlapping territories or pricing issues).
  • Market Expansion: Use channel networks to enter new markets and expand customer reach.
  • Collaboration
