Job Description

Position: Territory Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years (Field Sales – Mandatory)

Industry: Telecom / IT / Office Automation


Role Summary:

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate, institutional, or enterprise sales, and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close high-value business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of client-centric selling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product or solution-based offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and account handover.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of field sales experience; prior exposure to channel sales is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in selling Telecom, IT, or Office Automation products/solutions to corporate or enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
