Telekonnectors is a Telecom Engineering company specializing in R&D, Product Design, and Manufacturing. With patented products across hardware and software, we serve a wide variety of global customers through our offices in India’s metro cities, New York, London, and Manila. Our diverse sales team is structured into Enterprise Sales (Protect & Grow) and Digital Sales (Inside, Distribution & Lead Generation).


  • Role Overview-

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh MBA graduates who are eager to make a mark in field sales. As a Business Development Executive in the Grow vertical, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and innovation driven environment.


  • Key Responsibilities-

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored product solutions • Present compelling sales proposals and conduct client demos and meetings • Identify, qualify, and convert leads through field visits, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with enterprise and institutional customers • Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction


  • Who Can Apply

BTech / MBA in Sales/Marketing (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High energy, passion for field sales, and a customer-first mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus • Willingness to travel across assigned territory • Experience/internship in Telecom Hardware / IT / B2B Product Sales is a bonus
