Develop strategic business and sales plans to ensure company goals are met; initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to enter new markets; assist in implementing marketing plans; review dealer, DSA, and agent performance, and help them improve sales.
Establish new business by recruiting dealers, DSAs, and agents for Our Client, while developing and maintaining strong relationships to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Provide periodic training to recruited agents on Our Client s products and processes.
Maintain records of sales and pricing, create and present proposals, and control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
