Role Summary:

Sales Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals.
Strategically map and engage key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level sales executives; monitor team performance and provide coaching.
Oversee deal commercials, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align go-to-market strategy.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine value propositions and drive growth.
Forecast quarterly and annual revenue; provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure rigorous CRM usage and data hygiene to maintain visibility into pipeline health and team activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:
Proven expertise in
Account Management
and B2B consultative selling.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, and retention.
Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Good to Have:
Experience in SaaS or tech-driven B2B sales.
Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Experience handling enterprise-level accounts and managing renewals/upsells.
