Investor Relations Associate

As an Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate at SignalX, you will play a crucial role in managing the capital raise efforts and establishing long-term relationships with investors. Your responsibilities will include: - Fundraising: - Managing the end-to-end fundraising process, which involves the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos. - Identifying and engaging potential investors such as VCs, PEs, angels, family offices, and strategic partners. - Scheduling and leading investor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. - Maintaining and expanding a strong network of investor relationships. - Driving due diligence processes and coordinating with internal teams for data room preparation and compliance. - Investor Relations: - Serving as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors. - Creating and disseminating quarterly/annual investor updates, newsletters, and reports. - Managing cap table, investor database, and CRM tools. - Organizing and facilitating investor meetings, town halls, and board interactions. - Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategy and communication. - Strategy & Insights: - Working closely with finance, product, and leadership teams to align fundraising narratives with business milestones. - Preparing internal analyses, investor FAQs, and briefing notes. - Contributing to strategic decisions related to valuation, funding terms, and capital structuring. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate strategy. - Strong understanding of financial statements, business models, and investment metrics. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of managing fundraising rounds or investor relationships. - Experience using CRM tools, investor databases, and virtual data rooms.
