Investor Relations Associate

You will be working as an Investor Relations & Compliance Associate at BatteryPool, where you will directly assist the Founder in maintaining sharp, timely, and structured investor processes. Your background in compliance or finance support, such as CA/CS firms or accounting firms, combined with strong communication skills, makes you an ideal fit for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Draft and send periodic investor updates and reports - Maintain investor MIS, database, and records of shareholding/agreements - Assist with MCA/RBI filings (FC-GPR, ROC forms, etc.) alongside our CA/CS partners - Support fundraising documentation and investor communications as needed - Handle investor queries professionally and promptly - Build structured templates and processes for investor reporting and compliance Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA preferred) - Semi-qualified CA/CS or 2-3 years of experience in a CA/CS firm or finance/compliance support role - Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional email drafting is a must) - Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools - Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven - Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will have the opportunity to: - Gain exposure to investor relations and compliance within a rapidly scaling EV startup - Receive direct mentorship from the founder - Assume a high ownership role with career growth opportunities - Enjoy a competitive salary.,
