This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Associate based in Pune. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and cultivating relationships with both existing and potential investors. You will play a key role in preparing and disseminating regular updates, reports, and presentations. Moreover, you will contribute to the analysis of investment opportunities and private equity transactions, offering valuable analytical support to the management team. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing communications with stakeholders and coordinating investor events. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Investor Relations and Communication skills. Your analytical capabilities and previous experience in Investments will be crucial. Familiarity with Private Equity and financial markets is a must. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, should be top-notch. You should be adept at working collaboratively and adept at managing multiple stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Prior experience in a similar role within the finance industry would be advantageous.,
