Field Operation Manager

As the Operations Manager for BatteryPool, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our battery-swapping stations located across multiple sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless functionality and efficient service delivery at all locations. You will play a key role in recruiting, training, and supervising field staff, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Monitoring and implementing quality control processes will be crucial to maintaining the reliability and safety of all operational activities. Developing and executing operational strategies to expand our service network and enhance operational efficiency will be among your core responsibilities. You will also be accountable for overseeing the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation, and meeting financial targets. Compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies will be essential in all field operations. You will collaborate closely with the customer support team to address and resolve operational issues promptly, ultimately aiming to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilizing data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions will be a central part of your role. Additionally, working in close coordination with engineering, product development, and sales teams to align operational activities with overall business objectives will be critical to our success.
