Field Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, manage, and supervise field activities related to plantation, landscaping, and grass maintenance.

· Oversee and implement cost-cutting strategies in plantation pit preparation, resource utilization, and field operations.

· Monitor and guide field teams to ensure quality and timely execution of project deliverables.

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and field staff for smooth project implementation.

· Conduct field assessments, site visits, and prepare progress reports.

· Ensure compliance with environmental standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

· Troubleshoot on-ground issues and provide effective solutions to meet project goals.

Requirements:

Horticulture, Agriculture, Zoology, Environmental Science

6–7 years of experience

cost optimization techniques

· Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

· Ability to work in field conditions and travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills:

.Must have own two wheeler.

.Ready for travel on different locations.

· Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or environmental organizations.

· Knowledge of sustainable plantation practices and biodiversity conservation.

Salary- 40,000 to 45,000 ( Per Month)
